任職資格：

3. 有很強的團隊領導能力，能夠帶領以及輔導團隊從設計實施上把握項目的整體設計，進度和實施；
4. 對于軟件應用精通：二維AutoCAD，熟悉犀?；騇aya更佳；
5. 在專業技術圖紙和技術信息上有豐富的經驗，對于施工圖階段和各個細節部分的設計階段有非常強的溝通和指導能力。 熟練專業材料信息和各個施工階段；
6. 應聘者性格熱情外向，能夠配合辦公室的高速工作節奏，同時有極強溝通能力。能以正面積極的態度來面對各種困難，特別是在有限時間進度要求下。有能力合理排序并且同期處理多任務。

We are seeking for intermediate architects with 3+ years’ experience in major international architecture firms that participated or completed big-scale of project before. Our current projects include high-rises, mixed-use developments and cultural projects both within China and abroad. The ideal candidate should also be extremely professional, possess strong communication skills and experienced in execution phases- especially that in DD and CD. The ideal candidate should:
1. Possess bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture;
2. Have minimum 4 years of experience, especially those that have participated and completed large scale projects at top tier international design firms. The ideal candidate should also be extremely professional, possess strong communication skills and experienced in execution phases- especially that in DD and CD;
3. Be a strong leader, can direct and also coach design teams well to ensure overall design quality, scheduling and execution;
4. Has expertise in AutoCAD. Preference will be given to those who very familiar with Rhino or Maya. 
5. Be experienced in shop drawings and has strong knowledge in the profession. Possess the skills to communicate work details in every step of construction and detail documentation phases, also very familiar with materials;
6. Can keep up with the fast paced work environment and deal with obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude. The candidate should also be out-going, strong communicator and able to priorities and handle multi-tasks when he/she is required to do so;
7.  Possess overseas background in education and work field with bilingual skills (English and Chinese both will be preferred). We will also give preference to those who are currently in China and available for an interview in person at our office in Beijing.
